Among The Hidden is a great book!
The main character, Luke, has to stay in hiding because he is a third child. Third children are against the law. The population police will kill him if they find him. One day, Luke notices another third child while looking out his window. Eventually he finds the courage to go visit this person. He is surprised to discover that the person is a girl. Read this wonderful book to find out what they go through together! It'll be worth your time!
